COVID 19 - Safety Practices.
We are committed to the safety and well being of our customers and staff and have therefore enhanced our already high level of kitchen and general operations health practices with the following measures:
1. Increased frequency of surface and touch point sanitizing.
2. All food prepared is intended for to-go with optimized sealing of containers and bags to minimize tampering.
3. Strict zero tolerance mask wearing policy for staff and customers.
4. Temperature checks for staff upon arrival for his/her shift. Staff must also must declare in writing every day no LA County issued prohibited symptoms. No staff is allowed to work if visually exhibiting symptoms or temperature is above the safe zone.
5. Access to hand sanitizers and PPE for staff at multiple touch point locations.
6. Indoor dining completely closed to the public.
7. Outdoor dining open when permissible.
8. Minimize cash acceptance. Contactless payment (Apple/Google pay) is most encouraged with also credit and debit being accepted.

Is our food spicy?
Most Indians from India would tell us no. Most Americans would say 'depends on what you order'. Dishes such as Chicken Tikka Masala and Shahi Paneer will not be very spicy and therefore 'kid friendly' in contrast to our Saag Paneer and Chicken Curry which have more of a 'kick'. Everything starts mild but you can definitely request anything to be made spicy.
What's the difference between Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Tikka?
Chicken Tikka Masala is simply Chicken Tikka combined with the Tikka Masala sauce (tomato cream masala sauce).

Is our chicken halal?
No it is not. However it's a very high quality ABF (anti-biotic free) chicken that we source from a well established local meat purveyor.

How about a gluten free Frankie?
We do have a deconstructed version of the Frankie which contains all the awesome Frankie ingredients combined together in a bowl. But since there's really no replacement to biting into a fluffy naan, we're working hard on trying to create the perfect doughy no-gluten version.
